Abstract:

The purpose of this research study is based on cross-border mergers and acquisitions on green innovation related to environmental protection enterprises. This research study is based on the model’s analysis, which influences different factors related to the analysis part. The research study depends upon secondary data form in this research used almost three companies related to the cross border merger and acquisitions also green innovations. The data was collected from the annual reports of these companies and data collected from 2010 to 2020. The cross-border merger and acquisitions are considered independent variables, and green innovation and environmental protection enterprises are dependent variables. The Eviews software was used in this research because data in the different secondary analyses used in this research included regression analysis, correlation coefficient, the unit root test analysis, and that confidence interval analysis in between variables. Results found a significant and positive impact of cross-border mergers and acquisition and green innovation. Therefore, there is a direct relation between cross-border mergers and acquisitions and environmental protection enterprises.
