Objective: To explore the impact of continuous nursing on the quality of life and psychological status of patients after aortic dissection covered stent implantation. Methods: Sixty patients with aortic dissection (AD) who underwent covered stent implantation in our hospital from January 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group of 30 cases and an observation group of 30 cases using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received continuous nursing based on it. The two groups received continuous nursing for 6 months. Compare the scores of the MOS item short from health survey (SF-36); Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) scores; The incidence of postoperative complications; Satisfaction with nursing of two groups. Results: Compared with before nursing, the SF-36 scores in the two groups significantly increased after nursing, while the SF-36 scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); Compared with before nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups significantly decreased after nursing, while the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); Compared with the control group (33.33%), the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group (10.00%) was significantly reduced (P<0.05); Compared with the control group (73.33%), the observation group showed a significant increase in nursing satisfaction (96.67%) (P<0.05). Conclusion: Continuous nursing can significantly improve the quality of life and psychological state of patients after AD covered stent implantation, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, and increase patient satisfaction with nursing, which has high clinical reference value.
