Abstract:

The essential purpose of the research study is to determine the comparative research related to mindfulness based on the interventions of antidepressant medication. This research study is based on theoretical analysis, also that some portions present numerical test analysis related to them. The smart PLS software was utilized to determine the research study and produced enlightening data, including descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and significant analysis, which also described the smart PLS Algorithm in between dependent independent variables. The total research study found negative associations between mindfulness-based therapies and antidepressant medicines, however, both have direct ties with one other. The results of this comparison study may influence therapeutic recommendations and evidence-based guidelines for treating MDD patients. Furthermore, it will advance our understanding of the effectiveness of MBIs and antidepressants, provide light on how they work, and help us choose the best course of action based on each patient's unique requirements and preferences.
