Abstract:

Research study represents the efficacy of cognitive behavioral therapy in treating anxiety disorder. The study measures the primary data analysis using questions related to particular variables. Cognitive behavior includes feelings, thoughts, and behavior, core beliefs for the future, and yourself and others are considered independent variables. The treatment of anxiety disorder is the mean dependent variable. To determine the overall research and present the meta-analysis, use smart PLS software and generate educational results. Overall, outcomes found that anxiety is highly treatable. In addition to drugs, dietary modifications, and relaxation techniques, psychotherapy can be highly helpful. One meta-analysis showed that many forms of treatment, including individual and group CBT, mindfulness practices, and psychodynamic therapy, effectively reduced anxiety symptoms. In addition, interpersonal treatment, online therapy, and eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) showed effectiveness.
