Abstract:

Abstract: Objective: To study the impact of psychological intervention on nursing quality and negative psychology in uremic sufferers during hemodialysis period. Method: To make a retrospective analysis of the medical records of 76 patients (uremic patients, July 2019 to September 2021) in our hospital and divide them into 2 groups based on the care plan. Those who received routine care plan were included in the control group, while the observation group received psychological intervention plan. The changes in psychological status, coping styles, hope levels, and life quality were compared between groups, and the care quality and compliance were analyzed between the 2 groups. Results: The points of self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) of the sufferers of the observation one after care were less than the control one (P<0.05); the coping styles of the two groups were analyzed and showed that  facing scores in the observation one were than the control one, while the yielding and avoidance scores were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); the hope levels of  the groups were analyzed and showed that scores of positive attitudes towards reality and the future, taking positive actions, maintaining intimate relationships with others, and the total scores after care in the observation one were all greater than the control one (P<0.05); after nursing, the points of various dimensions of life quality in the observation one were greater than the control one (P<0.05); the compliance scores of fluid intake, medication, diet, and dialysis regimen in the observation one were all greater than the control one (P<0.05); the care quality points in the observation one were greater than the control one (P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of  psychological intervention for uremic sufferers during hemodialysis therapy  can effectively alleviate their negative emotions, improve their compliance and life quality, which has a further promotion value.
