Objective: To explore the clinical value and effect of alpha brain wave music on patients with mild hepatic encephalopathy. Methods: The neuropsychological or intelligent test recommended according to the expert consensus on the diagnosis and therapy of hepatic encephalopathy is the gold standard for the diagnosis of mild and micro he. From December 2020 to October 2021, 100 cases of mild and micro he was collected according to the neuropsychological test results. 100 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group by mechanical sampling. The control group was treated with routine treatment and nursing, and the experimental group was treated with routine treatment and α Brain wave music nursing intervention. After 14 days of nursing intervention, the Glasgow (GCS) score, Barthel score, quality of life (SF-36) scale score, Hamilton Anxiety (HAMA) scale score and simple Intelligence Scale (MMSE) score of the two groups were compared Results after the intervention, the scores of GCs, Barthel, SF-36 and MMSE in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: α Brain wave music can effectively restore the mental, neurological and mental abnormalities of patients with mild hepatic encephalopathy
