Abstract:

Objective: To analyze the effects of multidisciplinary nursing with rapid rehabilitation on the perioperative period of ovarian cancer. Methods: A total of 104 cases of early ovarian cancer treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were analyzed retrospectively, and these patients were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 52 cases in each group. Among them, the control group received routine perioperative nursing, while the observation group received multidisciplinary nursing based on rapid rehabilitation theory. After different nursing measures were taken for the two groups, the perioperative indicators (operation time, intraoperative bleeding, numbers of lymph node clearance, postoperative anal exhaust time, discharge time), postoperative complications (nausea and vomiting, hyperthermia, bacteremia), postoperative color Doppler ultrasound indicators, the scores of the core questionnaire of quality of life within 1 month after operation and postoperative pain score and preoperative and postoperative biochemical indicators (serum albumin, hemoglobin) of the involved patients were evaluated. Results: ① The perioperative indicators of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the Comparing group (P<0.05) in terms of operation time, postoperative anal exhaust time, and discharge time. When contrasted to the controlling group, the observation group's data on intraoperative blood loss were lesser (P<0.05), but the controlling group's data on lymph node clearance were greater (P<0.05). ② The observation group had a lower occurrence of complications than the Comparing group when the occurrence of complications following patient caregiving was compared of the both groups (P<0.05). ③ The observation group outperformed the Comparing group when the color Doppler index values of the two patient groups were contrasted after caregiving (P<0.05). ④ The observation group rated better than the controlling group when the rating data from the main questionnaire of patients' quality of living in the two groups were compared after caregiving (P<0.05). ⑤ The observation group had a lower pain rating than the Comparing group when the data from the patients in the two groups were compared after caregiving (P<0.05). ⑥ Prior to the nursing intervention, there was no clinically meaningful discrepancy in the data of the biochemical markers (serum albumin and hemoglobin) of the both groups (P>0.05); however, following the nursing intervention, the observation group outperformed the Comparing group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Shortening hospital stays, lowering costs, and lowering the likelihood of problems are all benefited by the application of multidisciplinary nursing based on the principle of fast rehabilitation in the perioperative phase for ovarian cancer patients (with high safety), minimize the pain degree of patients, so as to promote faster recovery of patients.
