Abstract:

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined with health education on anxiety of fever outpatients under the COVID-19. Methods 100 patients admitted to the fever clinic of our hospital from January 2022 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group (50 cases) and the observation group (50 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given psychological nursing combined with health education on the basis of routine nursing. The scores of anxiety rating scale (SAS), depression rating scale (SDS); Knowledge of disease; Compliance; Nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with before nursing, SAS and SDS scores in the two groups decreased significantly after nursing, while SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); Compared with that before nursing, the scores of disease knowledge, diagnosis and treatment methods and key points of protection in the two groups increased significantly after nursing, while the scores of disease knowledge, diagnosis and treatment methods and key points of protection in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); Compared with the control group (84.00%), the compliance of the observation group (96.00%) was significantly increased (P<0.05); Compared with the control group (82.00%), the observation group's satisfaction with nursing (100.00%) increased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of psychological nursing and health education under the COVID-19 can effectively reduce the anxiety of fever outpatients, improve their awareness of disease, clinical compliance and nursing satisfaction, which has a high clinical reference value
