Abstract:

Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary nursing in acute and critically ill patients. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute and acute and critically ill illness admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group (50 cases) and observation group (50 cases) according to the method of random number table. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given multidisciplinary team (MDT) nursing based on it. The transfer time and hospitalization time; Occurrence of adverse events; Nursing satisfaction; Nursing performance was scored with the six-dimensional (6D) scale of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the transit time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter (P<0.05); Compared with the control group (22.00%, 20.00%, 22.00%, 90.00%), the observation group significantly reduced the incidence of assistance-related (6.00%), pipe-related (2.00%), equipment and materials (2.00%) and total adverse events (22.00%) (P<0.05); Compared with the control group (84.00%), the nursing satisfaction of the observation group (96.00%) was significantly higher (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the score of 6D scale in the observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion MDT nursing can shorten the transit and hospitalization time of acute and critically ill patients, reduce the occurrence of adverse events, improve nursing satisfaction and improve nursing performance of nurses, which has high clinical reference value.
