Abstract:
Abstract: de Winter ST-T change is a new type of ECG change in acute myocardial infarction first proposed by Dr. De Winter in 2008. Coronary angiography suggests left anterior descending artery lesion in patients with chest pain. The electrocardiogram showed multi-lead ST-segment upslope depression with symmetrical high-point T wave.
