Abstract:

Jumping is almost a very important and indispensable difficult movement in dance skills' it is often an overall practice to show the coordination and explosiveness of the corresponding movement centers of the dancer's whole body muscle groups. In order to achieve the best performance, dancers often over training or wrong training methods lead to knee injury. Objective: Therefore, this paper introduces the mechanism of knee joint cartilage injury and knee joint injury literature as the background on the impact of knee joint injury on dancers' jumping movements, the impact of cartilage transplantation and knee joint protective devices on jumping landing stability. Then, it introduces the first cases of knee auto transplantation in orthopedics in China and the knee protector. Method: Finally, by using the experimental method, 40 professional athletes of sports dance in Xi'an Institute of physical education with knee joint damage were selected as the experimental objects. The core strength training method to promote the recovery of knee joint injury was studied by using the balance ball and balance pad as the experimental means. Results: The results showed that 8-week core strength training could significantly improve the muscle strength, mobility and stability around the damaged knee joint in the experimental group, improve the function of the damaged knee joint and promote the functional recovery of the knee joint. Conclusion: The analysis shows that core strength training can play a positive role in the prevention and rehabilitation of knee joint injury by enhancing the stability and coordination of the body, strengthening the control of knee joint activities, correcting the wrong posture in the exercise process, and reducing the abnormal load-bearing of the knee joint in the exercise process.
