Abstract:

Different people have different psychological characteristics and different abilities to respond to public emergencies. Therefore, according to the random number table, 120 patients who meet the inclusion criteria are randomly divided into 60 patients in the control group and 60 patients in the treatment group. The treatment group was treated with comprehensive therapy (Sishencong Changliu needle plus Guixin Decoction), and the control group was treated with oral ezapiclone tablets. Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) and self-assessment scale were used to compare the improvement of sleep quality, sleep time, sleep start time, sleep efficiency, daytime function, sleep disorder, SAS score and SDS score between the two groups. Results: after treatment, the total effective rate was 93.30% in the treatment group and 80.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
