Abstract:

Chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery is currently the most common method, which can effectively make up for the defects o f surgery and radiotherapy. However, in the process of using chemotherapy drugs, it may also cause many negative effects on the patient's body and psychology. The purpose of this article is to assist patients with adjuvant therapy such as music therapy, progressive musc le relaxation, and guided imagery to deal with the adverse reactions of chemotherapy, and reduce the impact of side effects on patients and improve their quality of life. This article adopted the convenience sampling method to divide eligible breast cancer surgery patients into the intervention group (50) and the control group (50). The anxiety levels of the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05), and the state anxiety scores between the two groups were significantly different before the second chemotherapy and before the third chemotherapy (P<0.05). ><0.05). Music relaxation training can reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, reduce the anxiety of patients during chemotherapy, and has certain reference value for psychological and behavioral intervention in postoperative patients.
