Abstract:

Bronchopneumonia, which may also be referred to as lobular pneumonia, is one of the most prevalent infectious disorders that affect infants and ultimately result in their admission to the clinic. The major medical warnings and indications are fever, coughing, asthmatic, nausea, irritation, dyspepsia, and pulmonary wheezing. The significant causes include one or more harmful microorganism infections of bacterial, viral, and mycoplasma pneumonia. Inflammatory management, ventilator enhancement, problem avoidance, and therapy are the cornerstones of bronchopneumonia care. In ancient Chinese medicine, bronchopneumonia is categorized as "pneumonia with coughing". Fever, cough, and wheezing are the primary clinical symptoms. Children have a higher risk to acquire bronchopneumonia than adults due to constriction of the trachea and bronchial lumen, a shortage of mucus production, the incidence of mucus obstruction, and the insufficient maturation of the respiratory system in its entirety. Aim: Hence, the aim of this article is to determine how comfortable nursing in conjunction with video education affects children with bronchopneumonia's compliance with aerosol inhalation and psychological well-being. Research design: The inclusion/exclusion method is initially used to gather information on bronchopneumonia patients. A control team and an investigative team were formed, each with its own set of responsibilities. The control group gets a conventional course of care while the study group receives comfortable nursing care together with video education. To ensure that our study is as efficient as practical, we compare the outcomes to nursing models that are previously employed. Assessment Tools: The ANOVA test, Multivariable logistic regression test, and Chi-Square test are employed to evaluate the health status of bronchopneumonia patients. Results: After adopting comfortable nursing combined with video education (CN-VE) care, there was a statistically substantial change in overall their medical level, and self-care post-test scores are increased. Conclusion: Developed CN-VE care protocols were successful in children with bronchopneumonia health improvement level and degree of confidence. Future scope: Conducting more research with wider samples drawn from a broader variety of subjects is recommended.
