The article is concerned with the evaluation of tax business environment through analysis of big data. There are many methods for evaluating the tax business environment, and we mainly focus on two methods, i.e., macro-level analysis and micro-level analysis in Chinese ordinance. The survey was conducted with the 200 auditors, employees, and the people who are related and held about knowledge of business laws and regulations. Use various analytical applications to measure the influence of variables for this investigation. This study is based on first-hand information. The comprehensive study shows the adverse but significant effects of business laws and their conflict with trade secrets.
