Abstract:

The article is concerned with the evaluation of tax business environment through analysis of big data. There are many methods for evaluating the tax business environment, and we mainly focus on two methods, i.e., macro-level analysis and micro-level analysis in Chinese ordinance. The survey was conducted with the 200 auditors, employees, and the people who are related and held about knowledge of business laws and regulations. Use various analytical applications to measure the influence of variables for this investigation. This study is based on first-hand information. Use some questionnaires to collect data, and have the 200-respondent individual answer out these questions. Independent variables are separated into distinct portions of the questions. Business law is one of the most important parts that any organization must have in order to maintain goodwill, improve performance, and comply with government responsibilities and regulations. This study is focused on the intersection between company regulations and specific trade secrets. Descriptive statistics, linear regression analysis, one-way ANOVA test, reliability test, and validity test analysis were all used for this aim. The study reveals articles of incorporation, sales contracts, constitutional law, and purchasing legislation, among other things. The comprehensive study shows the adverse but significant effects of business laws and their conflict with trade secrets. As the research study results show, failure of proprietary advantage security has an undemonstrative financial effect on R&D action and venture, yet additionally, unrestrained brings about lost deals. Finally, the study recommended that by and large, the study gives persuading proof that the current divided framework without a doubt has unfavorably influenced the total degree of commitment in development by china firms and cross-environs venture and development.
