Abstract:

Objectives: This study evaluated Riyadh working women's psychological safety in professional competence and success motivation. Compare psychological safety, competence, achievement motivation, and differences. Methods The poll comprised 476 Saudi working women. a = 0.01 links workplace psychological safety, all professional competency areas, and the tool's total score. Results: Workplace women had strong psychological safety, with an arithmetic mean of 137.39 and a standard deviation of 13.93. Professionalism is indicated by an 85.20 arithmetic mean and 20.16 standard deviation. High achievement motivation is indicated by the 84.15 arithmetic mean and 6.93 standard deviation. a= 0.05 showed that job sector, years of workplace psychological safety experience, and lack of social status, education, and income were significant. Professional competency exam dimensions were industry- and socioeconomic-standard. Social status, education, and experience impact all professional competency scale aspects and the score. Achievement motivation is determined by education, not employment sector, marital status, or income. Finally, 23% of working women's professional skill predicts workplace safety, and the most crucial predicts psychological safety.
