Abstract:
The engagement of health-related personnel is essential for delivering high-quality health services. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the absence of stress, melancholy, anxiety, training, and attentional control and the engagement of Saudi-based nursing staff. The study's research design was cross-sectional. In the form of questionnaires, data was collected from the respondents. For data collection, a method of strategic sampling was utilized. The research's acceptable response rate was 48%. In this research, SPSS and Smart PLS were utilized to analyses the data. According to the study's findings, a lack of trust, melancho ly, and anxiety have a positive effect on attentional control. In addition, employee engagement is directly influenced by training and attentional control. The mediation of attentional control is also supported by statistical evidence. These conclusions are crucial for academics' future research endeavors.
