Abstract:

Objective: To explore the clinical effects of perioperative nursing for patients with cervical spine fracture combined with spinal cord injury. Methods: The clinical data of cervical spine injury accompanied by spinal cord damage were retrospectively analyzed. The treatment time was from February 2020 to February 2022 and the 100 patients were grouped according to different nursing methods. 50 cases of patients in the observation group were given perioperative nursing and 50 cases of patients in the control group were given routine nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The coagulation function of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The antithrombin activity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 1 day, 3 days and 7 days after operation (P<0.05). The improvement of fibrinolytic system indexes after nursing was superior to that of the controlling group in the observing group (P<0.05). The complication rate in the observing group was below that in the controlling group (P<0.05). The operating time and hospital duration of the observing group were both shorter than those of the controlling group, and the intraoperative blood loss was of less volume than that of the controlling group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observing group was above that in the controlling group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Enhancement of perioperative care for patients suffering from cervical fracture along with spinal cord injury is essential, which can shorten the hospitalization time and reduce complications, and is worthy of research and promotion.
