Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the value of evidence-based nursing in laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision. Methods: A total of 80 patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given general nursing. The observation group was given evidence-based management nursing combined with psychological nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results: The time of getting out of bed, the recovery time of gastrointestinal function and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The anxiety and depression scores after nursing in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction scores of health education, operation technique, nursing attitude and psychological nursing in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Evidence-based management and nursing combined with psychological nursing intervention for patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision can not only ensure the positive and rapid recovery of patients under a good state of mind, but also improve the quality of life of patients.
