Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the safety of daytime operation mode of laparoscopic hernia repair in elderly patients with inguinal hernia. Methods: 100 elderly patients with inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received daytime operation mode nursing. The first time out of bed activity time, total hospitalization time and other postoperative recovery of the two groups were observed. Net Promoter Score (NPS) was used to evaluate the pain of the two groups. The postoperative complications such as gastrointestinal reactions and urinary retention were observed and compared between the two groups. Postoperative medical and nursing service evaluation of patients were compared between the two groups. According to the satisfaction questionnaire, the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with the medical staff service was compared. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in age, course of disease, gender and disease type between the two groups (P > 0.05). The time of getting out of bed for the first time, the time of eating for the first time, the time of exhaust, the time of defecation, the time of completely taking care of oneself and the total hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.01). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 42.00%, which was significantly lower than 70.00% in the control group (P < 0.01). The degree of pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The preoperative anxiety and fear score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the preoperative medical service score, disease cognition score and postoperative care score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.01). The total satisfaction in the observation group was 94.00%, which was significantly higher than 70.00% in the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion: The curative effect of daytime operation mode of laparoscopic hernia repair in the treatment of elderly inguinal hernia is better, the postoperative recovery is faster, can significantly reduce the degree of postoperative pain, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve the evaluation of nursing and nursing satisfaction, improve the quality of life of patients and the relationship between doctors and patients, which can be widely used in clinical.
