Abstract:

With the rapid development of medical informatics, a large amount of medical data contains a wealth of information. The analysis of medical data using medical records, diagnoses, examinations, screening, and tests can drive changes in medical research, clinical decision making, and disease early warning, thus changing the treatment and monitoring of acupuncture. In this paper, we use medical big data mining technology to analyze and study the laws of acupuncture point selection. In this paper, the electronic case data of acupuncture in the city's tertiary authority hospitals were studied, which were analyzed and mined in depth, thus providing a theoretical basis for acupuncture therapy in the clinic. Through the experiment, it was found that acupuncture therapy for spastic paralysis of upper limbs after stroke must follow the dialectic method of Chinese medicine and the principle of balance of yin and yang, and select acupuncture points of Hand Shaoyang Sanjiao meridian, Foot Shaoyang Gallbladder meridian and Hand Yangming Large Intestine meridian to cooperate in order to better play the role of acupuncture and improve the efficacy of acupuncture.
