Abstract:

Objective: This study included relevant literature to analyze the effectiveness of partial hepatectomy combined with choledochoscopy in the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stone and its effect on the psychological stress of patients. Methods: PMC, PubMed and other databases were searched to find randomized controlled trials (RCTS) on the effectiveness of partial hepatectomy combined with choledochoscopy in the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stone and the effect of patients' psychological stress. Then, the literature was preliminarily screened according to the title and abstract, and the appropriate literature was selected for inclusion and analysis according to the specific content. The Cochrane risk bias assessment tool was used to evaluate the quality of the included studies. After determining the quality of the literature, RevMan5.4.1 software was used to conduct a meta-analysis of the important indicators in the literature. Results: Excluding duplicate literature, a total of 290 relevant literatures were retrieved in this study. Excluding non-clinical trial research literature, reviews, incomplete content and other articles that did not meet the requirements, 15 articles were finally included for Meta-analysis. The results showed that partial hepatectomy combined with choledochoscopy in the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stone could significantly increase the complete stone clearance rate [95%CI (8.79,27.04), P=0.0001], and had fewer complications [95%CI (-31.04, -11.24), P<0.0001]. In addition, it can relieve the anxiety of patients [95%CI (-15.18, -4.75), P=0.0002], so partial hepatectomy combined with choledochoscopy in the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stone is worthy of application and promotion. Conclusion: In conclusion, partial hepatectomy combined with choledochoscopy in the treatment of patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones has a good effect of stone clearance, significantly reduces the recurrence rate and the probability of complications after surgery, and effectively alleviates the anxiety of patients, so it is worthy of application and promotion.
