Abstract:

Objective: To evaluate the effect of simple transarticular stent and internal fixation on the early rehabilitation and negative mood of pilon fracture patients.Methods: From January 2016 to January 2020,68 patients of Pilon fracture were admitted to the Department of orthopedics of Lu 'an People's Hospital. 35 patients of Pilon fracture were treated with simple trans-articular external fixation stent and internal fixation in the observation group, and 33 patients were treated with conventional calcaneal traction and internal fixation in the control group. Relevant evaluation indicators of follow-up collection: the traction time of external fixation stent fixation, internal fixation operation time, complication rate, Hamilton anxiety scale .Results: All patients were followed up for 10 to 18 months (12.3 ± 2.1 months). In the observation group had external fixed stent for 5 to 9 days (7.13 ± 1.45 days), Control group patients with calcaneus extension for 6 to 12 days (9.32 ± 2.01 days), The difference was significant between the two groups (P <0.05); Patients in the VAS score observation group before removing traction did not score from 3 to 7 points (5.50 ± 1.58 points), The control group was 4 to 8 (6.82 ± 0.93), The difference was significant between the two groups (P <0.05); In terms of the complication rate, Patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); The Mazur ankle function scoring system at the last follow-up showed that,patients in the observation group were better,the difference was significant between the two groups (P <0.05); The HAMA score (5.15 ± 0.62) was better than the control group (10.3 ± 1.14), The HAMD score of the observation group (6.53 ± 0.78) was better than that of the control group (11.49 ± 1.67), the difference was significant between the two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion: Clinical in the treatment of pilon fracture, orthopedic surgeons have enough understanding of the importance of preoperative soft tissue preparation, simple cross-ankle stent fixation stage treatment of pilon fracture, is a simple and convenient method, can reduce the preoperative waiting time for patients, reduce pain, reduce soft tissue complications, reduce anxiety and depression advantages, is worthy of clinical promotion.
